Ecoheat Energy | Heat Pumps Perth WA
Ecoheat Energy runs a tight operation: customers consistently report that after initial contact, they get a temporary hot water unit within hours, a clear quote with no hidden charges, and installation completed within days by named technicians (Corey, Amber, Chloe) who leave work sites clean and tidy. The Reclaim and Apricus heat pumps they install perform reliably over years, using minimal power when paired with solar, and their app controls work smoothly. Staff handle pre-existing plumbing issues without fuss. Service is their edge. Reviewers praise the rapid response, the upfront explanation of options, and the fact that electricians and plumbers notify customers before arrival. One-year-plus owners report zero maintenance issues and significant power bill drops. The company also installs whole-house water filtration and pool heat pumps, and offers maintenance contracts. No credible complaints surface across 168 reviews.
