4.3(161)✓ Google-verified
Jason, Josh, and their colleagues know their products inside out and take time to solve problems rather than rush sales. A customer working on a 12-volt setup credits them with preventing costly wiring mistakes; another, a B2B partner (Ace Off-Grid Electrics), calls the service exceptional over years of dealing with them. Stock can run thin on specific items. One consistent note: Jason appears in both glowing praise and serious complaints about rudeness, suggesting inconsistency in tone depending on the interaction. For solar components, inverters, and off-grid system planning, this store excels when the right staff member is available.
