Online ordering and shipping earn consistent praise for speed and packaging; in-store advice is expert when the staff member connects with you, but several reviewers report feeling rushed, belittled, or sold the wrong item by staff who treated them as stupid for not knowing 12V systems well. Stock is wide and prices competitive, yet service quality depends heavily on who you encounter.
Welshpool branch builds strong loyalty among electrical contractors and regular customers, known for staff who answer calls on weekends and deliver urgently when needed. Andy and the team earn consistent praise for knowledge, stock depth, and willingness to help retail buyers, though one shopper reported feeling deprioritised and overcharged on a single component.
Strong track record across residential and commercial installations. Most customers praise John's responsiveness, technical knowledge, and Toby's installation teams for punctual, tidy work. Two older complaints about installation delays and warranty follow-up stand out; recent reviews focus on fast turnarounds and direct owner involvement.
