14 of 15 reviews praise Perth Solar Direct for fast responses, clear communication, and professional installation across residential solar, panel cleaning, and battery storage. One recent one-star review cites service disappointment but provides no detail. The business has served Joondalup customers for at least four years with repeat business.
Altronics Joondalup earns strong recognition for staff who spend time troubleshooting customer problems and learning needs, often going well beyond a quick transaction. Electronics stock is well-priced and clearly laid out; the main inconsistency is that service depends on how busy the store is at the moment you visit.
Daniel runs a tight operation focused on air-conditioning and electrical work, but reviewers consistently report he also handles solar installations with the same diligence and care. Customers across eight years praise his efficiency, honesty about costs, and willingness to solve thorny problems fast. He arrives on time, explains options clearly, and keeps work sites clean even during major projects. The solar reviews highlight transparent scoping at quote stage, no surprise add-ons, and thorough walk-throughs post-commissioning. Staff including the team are friendly and patient. Daniel personally takes calls, fits urgent jobs same-day, and follows up proactively (like helping with insurance claims). Few trades earn this volume of five-star reviews; the one-off low ratings are unrelated to his core services.
