Customers consistently report that Gurdeep and his Power Genic team listen carefully to their goals, engineer solutions others said were impossible, and install cleanly and promptly. Multiple clients have stayed loyal for years, upgrading or calling back for additional work, citing reliable equipment, honest advice, and genuine post-install support. The business handles rebate paperwork internally, coordinates with network authorities like Western Power, names specific technicians (Bin the team praised for patient app setup and explanation), and manages complex multi-day installs on single days. Reviews emphasize neatness, minimal site mess, and staff who answer questions after the job is done.
Most reviewers report significant energy bill cuts and reliable performance from iStore inverters, batteries, and heat pumps, with installers earning particular praise for clean workmanship. One frustrated customer encountered a system performing below expectations despite sizing, and several note the monitoring app needs redesign, though post-purchase support generally resolves issues quickly.
