Strong track record across residential and commercial work, with customers praising punctual arrival, skilled tradespeople (Alen, Orhan, Jake, and Abdul frequently mentioned), and tidy work sites. A handful report slow quoting delays and one case of incomplete communication after job completion that left damage during rain. Repeat bookings are common.

Five-star jobs, fast turnaround, and attentive staff mark most installations. Stacy, Rahul, Tony, and the team all earn individual praise for patience and knowledge. The flip side is harder to miss: delays stretching months past promised dates, with two households reporting missed government rebates costing thousands. One customer says an initial installer rejected their property as unsuitable; another company later proved it workable. Stock delays, cancelled appointments, and poor follow-up on compliance issues appear in three separate accounts. When the team shows up and the gear works, they impress. When scheduling falters, financial and emotional cost goes up fast. Early site visits sometimes miss critical details (battery module sizing, ceiling height) that crop up later and shift the quote upward. One customer waited six months, saw promised install dates dissolve repeatedly, and pulled out. Another lost a substantial rebate because the battery job stretched past the deadline. Positive reviews span the last year, but the complaints cluster in a tighter timeframe, suggesting possible recent workflow strain.
